Terms of Service
We will begin work on the order once payment has been received, please note that Macro Design and Signage will appear on your invoice. You will be e-mailed a tax receipt within 3 working days from receipt of payment.

Your first concepts will be sent within 4 to 7 working days following your order. The concepts will be e-mailed in pdf. format for easy viewing. It's important to take your time to work out any changes that may have to be made.

Refunds
If the client is not satisfied with the initial concepts provided, Macro Design and Signage will refund 50% of the total purchase price. Once the client requests any revisions for any of the concepts, the client will forfeit the right to a refund.

Copyright/Trademarks
The client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text for the inclusion in the design concepts do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that are already established by another organisation.

Macro Design and Signage and its subsidiaries retain the right to display the artwork in its portfolio and advertising material. In regards to the package selected clients are allowed to choose only one of the designs. Clients can purchase additional designs from the concepts provided.
